UA servers 24/7 upgrade

Glad to announce that WwW Q4max special! is now a dedicated system and available 24/7!

This server supports non-authorized connections, so you can connect with any CD-key, even use a pirated one, and have no problems with authorization. Due to turning off auth, connection process became 5 times faster.

Also launched Wylsa & CO DUEL server which is private — for special pickups, when other servers are taken.
